Kiki Dunbar
Associate Marriage &Family Therapist
Kiki is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about
helping individuals, couples, and families create meaningful change and
deeper connection in their lives. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and
rooted in the belief that healing happens through genuine connection and
understanding. Kiki provides a compassionate and supportive space where
clients can explore challenges, build emotional resilience, and strengthen their
relationships.

Kiki has extensive experience working with youth and families, offering therapy for children and teens (ages 8–18) in both school-based and family settings. She supports young clients navigating anxiety, grief, depression, and family conflict, and helps parents develop more effective ways to communicate and connect with their children.

In her work with couples and adult individuals, Kiki specializes in supporting clients as they navigate relational challenges, life transitions, and personal growth. She is trained in the Gottman Method (Levels 1 and 2), an evidence-based approach that helps couples improve communication, manage conflict, and rebuild trust. Her work with couples focuses on fostering understanding, empathy, and lasting emotional connection.

Kiki also integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with specialized training from the Beck Institute, to help clients gain insight into unhelpful thought patterns and develop practical tools for managing anxiety, depression, and stress. She combines these structured, evidence-based methods with a deeply client-centered philosophy, believing that each person has an innate capacity for growth, healing, and self-discovery.

Kiki’s goal is to meet each client where they are—with warmth, authenticity, and respect—while helping them uncover their strengths and move toward the life and relationships they want. Whether working with teens, couples, or individuals, Kiki strives to make therapy a supportive and empowering experience that brings clarity, balance, and renewed hope.

Kiki is currently accepting clients at this time. If you would like to schedule a session with her please contact us today.
